Endelig er det duket for den store dagen, en dag som jeg har ventet på lenge!

Alexanders metode er et varemerke som jeg er stolt av, noe jeg har brukt tid på men også noe som har vokst seg stor og sterk over tid.

På mange måter har det blitt et symbol på hva jeg står for og hva jeg jobber med, men mest av alt så representerer det meg.

Det er mange situasjoner jeg har hatt lyst å dele med dere fra min hverdag, mine reiser men også tanker, men dette har ikke ”passet” seg å skrive under navnet Alexanders Metode.

Metodene vil være der og de vil komme inn i en underkategori på denne nettsiden.

Men alt jeg gjør har ikke en metode bak seg hele tiden, et liv med bare metoder blir veldig A4, det er ikke meg.

Jeg har fått en del forespørsler fra dere lesere, at dere ønsker mer, et nærere forhold til meg og hva jeg jobber med i forhold til psykisk helse.

Som jeg har sagt før så ønsker jeg å dele alt, nesten alt å da er dette den riktige måten å gjøre det på.

Det å sette folk på pinebenken i noen dager før lansering må jeg si har vært litt morsomt. Grunnen for dette er at jeg ikke ønsker å overraske for mye før endringen trer i kraft.

For min egen del så har det vært gøy, interessant og lærerikt. Takk for alle teoriene dere har kommet opp med, de ubesvarte spørsmålene om den 23 Januar.
