Men hva betyr egentlig overskudd?

- * Å utføre en fysisk eller psykisk aktivitet lettere og raskere.
- * Å være konsentrert eller våken lengre.
- * Å få gjort mer.
Norge har mange flotte barn og unge som speiler sin kreativitet gjennom å være utforskende, utfordrende og eventyrlystne.
Men hva er det som gjør at barn og ungdom velger å utforske nye ting, nye territorier og andre finesser, jeg tror jeg vet svaret, de vet ikke bedre!

Det som er annerledes, kan være et pluss i mange tilfeller. Mange forteller at de ikke ville ha vært foruten AD/HD-en sin, at den gjør dem full av energi og kreative innfall
