Alle sammen står ovenfor mange valg hver dag. Valg om vi skal stå opp eller om vi ønsker å spise den maten vi selv lager eller får servert. Vi velger om vi skal legge oss tidlig eller om vi skal se den siste eps på Nettflix før vi legger oss.

Jeg, står ovenfor et litt vanskeligere valg for min egen del i dag.

Ønsket mitt for i dag er å dele det med dere lesere slik at dere kanskje får en liten pekepinn på hvordan det valget er og kan føles.

Alltid har jeg vært fast bestemt på at jeg skulle klare meg uten medisiner nettopp fordi at jeg skulle finne tilbake til den personen jeg ønsket å være, det gjorde jeg ikke.

Den personen jeg ønsker å være er der med eller uten medisiner, men tenk å være den personen, bare litt mer fokusert?

Jeg må akseptere at jeg trenger litt mer tilrettelegging i min hverdag, jeg er blitt voksen og må faktisk klare å tilrettelegge hverdagen selv.

Meg og struktur er noe jeg sjeldent snakker om, siden det er noe av det vanskeligste jeg står ovenfor.

Gråtende sitter jeg i skrivende stund å skriver dette innlegget, hvorfor jeg gråter?

Jeg gråter fordi at redselen er større enn hva jeg selv har innsett, at jeg trenger mer tilrettelegging og mer synlige planer.

jeg er redd for å miste spontaniteten, spøken og kreativiteten.

En av grunnene for at jeg deler dette er nok for at du skal forstå hva enkelte av oss med AD/HD går i gjennom hver dag og kanskje det kan være til hjelp?

I dag starter jeg på medisiner etter 5 års opphold.

Det er ikke noe nederlag å få hjelp, det er livet.
