Moderne teknologi skal gjøre livet lettere, men overdreven bruk kan gjøre mer skade enn godt, det har jeg erfart. Dersom du syns at mobilen er mer interessant enn de rundt deg bør det ringe en varselklokke.

Bare «må» sjekke noe

– Behovet for å være på nett, å vite hva som skjer og å være tilgjengelig for andre mennesker er et av mine store problemer, jeg klarer ikke begrense det.

Jeg har min jobb via Sosiale medier, jeg elsker mennesker og de gode historiene. Hvorfor at jeg tror at jeg bare finner de gode historien via nett, selv om jeg vet at jeg finner de ved å være tilstedet også, vet jeg ikke.

Når jeg ikke klarer å spise et måltid uten å sende tekstmeldinger, når  jeg bare «må» sjekke om noen har ringt eller sendt meldinger og når jeg ikke klarer å komme meg gjennom dagen uten mobiltelefonen ved min side, er det kanskje på tide å ta et pust i bakken?

Hva betyr avhengighet?

Det er mye rart det går an å bli avhengig av, det vet jeg.

Det går et skille mellom normal overdreven bruk av mobiltelefon og avhengighet til det.

– Med avhengighet menes stabil hyppig, tvangsmessig og overdreven bruk.

Jeg vet hva du tenker, er det ikke bare å legge den fra seg?

Nei, det er vanskelig å bare legge den fra seg, jeg føler at jeg mister noe, at jeg går glipp av hva som skjer, selv om jeg vet at jeg kan se det senere. For meg er det viktig å være til stedet NÅR ting skjer, når folk sender meg melding på mine sosiale arenaer, når det kommer forespørsler eller andre planer, når folk trenger meg.

Nå har jeg vært UTEN tlf, ufrivillig i 9 dager, disse 9 dagene har gått greit, men jeg har gått rundt meg selv.. Det eneste stedet jeg kan sjekke hva som skjer er via PC og ipad, det er ikke slik at jeg går rundt med alle disse remediene hele tiden.

Men, jeg har lært mye av meg selv denne uken, jeg har faktisk senket skuldrene 2 hakk, men stress det har det vært.

Min bestevenn, sammarbeidspartner og logistikk planlegger kommer snart tilbake i mine hender, om jeg gleder meg?
