Stian Blipp show du kødder med meg! 

Alt gikk så fort, det var liksom som et rush som jeg aldri hadde kjent på før. Jeg forstod ikke at dette var virkelig før jeg faktisk var hos TV2 i Nydalen for å spille inn sendinga som ble sendt 18 April.

Endelig skulle jeg få muligheten til å fortelle deler av den svært mørke, men også morsomme historien om hvem jeg var og hvordan jeg har blitt meg.

Det er noe med de historiene som blir fortalt der ute, de har liksom sin egen verdi å alle historiene er og forblir unike.

Backstage møter jeg Marte Stokstad, Per Sundnes og Marit Voldsæter, Kremen av kremen er på plass, vi er klare og rustet for en fantastisk aften sammen med publikum og dere seere.

Kommer jeg til å tryne i trappen på vei opp til Blippen.. Det er mange «faremomenter» ved et slikt show, heldigvis blir det ikke sendt live!

Nå er det endelig min tur!

Marit sitter i sofaen, hun har gjort en fantastisk entre og snakker godt for seg.. shit hvordan skal jeg klarer å veie opp mot dette.

Det er rart hvordan vi tørr å gjøre de mest utenkelige ting. som foreksempel hoppe i fallskjerm, sykle ned en bratt skråning eller rett og slett lage en monologforestilling om livene våre.

Jeg kommer i snakk med Marit, rett før hun skal på. vi snakker om hvor heldig og privilegerte vi er som får lov til å holde på med det vi elsker, underholdning. At vi får lov til å skape verdier, men også hvor hardt vi har jobbet for å komme hit vi er nå.

I sofaen snakket jeg om hvordan oppveksten min har vært, hva som har gjort at jeg kan sitte her jeg sitter i dag. Jeg snakker åpent om overgrep, ADHD, Rus, legning og omsorgssvikt.  Jeg tok også opp hvor glad jeg er for at  Mannen i Speilet​  har fått sin plass i samfunnet vårt.

Åpenhet er noe jeg brenner for. Det har du nok lagt merke til siden jeg har gått hardt ut i media å sagt at jeg mener at vi lever i et svært lukket samfunn, et samfunn som har blitt formet slik at vi ikke skal snakke om hvordan vi har det, men mer om hvordan vi ønsker å ha det. Fine statuser på Facebook, Instagram og Snapchat. jeg mener at vi har en lang vei å gå, et sted må vi starte.

Det ble også snakket om meg som foredragsholder, hvor heldig jeg har vært som for lov til å reise rundt i det flotte landet vårt å snakke til ungdommer, lærere, skoler, Leger, Sykehus, barnevern, helsetilsyn, med mer… alle de som jobber med barn og unge i sitt arbeid.

Stian: Du sier at du er glad for at du har ADHD?

Alexander: Jeg er glad for at jeg har ADHD, det har gjort meg uredd i mange sammenhenger. Jeg tenker liksom ikke konsekvenser og risiko-analyserer aldri ting før jeg hopper ut i det. Det har blitt min styrke, noe jeg har brukt videre i livet.

I mange tilfeller hadde jeg nok ikke gjort det jeg gjør i dag, hadde det ikke vært for Diagnosen min.

 

Telefonen har ikke stått stille! 

Etter sendingen har ikke Tlf stått stille og henvendelser om det ene og det andre har strømmet inn, det er jeg takknemlig for! Jeg er glad for at jeg kan engasjerer og at dere lytter.

Det er en ting til, mange av dere har kommentert spesifikt:

Hvorfor ble du ikke vist mer? 

Når det gjelder Tv så er det slik at det må klippes ned grunnet sendetiden og formatet det skal sendes i. På forhånd er nok mye bestemt og ting skal henge sammen slik som produksjonen ønsker det skal se ut. Tiltross for at dere mener at jeg fikk litt for liten tid, så var det kanskje nok til at det vekket nysgjerrigheten deres.

Det var moro å bidra i programmet og som noen av dere så, så vet jeg ikke hvordan man skal te seg i en slik sofa. Det jeg vet er at alle har en psykisk helse, som må bli tatt på alvor.
